Terms of Service

COPYRIGHTAs the artist, I shall retain full rights to the artwork itself.I'm allowed display the artwork on my online portfolios/sites for promotional purposes without gaining monetary profit from it. Please let me know if you don't want your commissioned piece featured.You are not allowed to claim the commissioned piece as your own artwork.You retain full ownership of the character itself if you personally own the character or the design.PROCESSIf I ask you for additional details about the commission you want to get, I'll wait for your response for a maximum of 48 hours. Should I not hear from you after that, I'll automatically offer your commission slot to someone else.You'll have to pay 100% of the price before I start the artwork.You have the option to make a payment on or before the scheduled batch start date.If you're on the waiting list and you need a bit for time for the payment, you must pay 100% within 48 hours once I contact you again; failure to do so will automatically forfeit your slot.Please don't make a payment unless I give you a 'go signal'.If for some reason I couldn't finish the project, I'll return your payment.Cancellations after payment has been made is not acceptable. If you will commission me, please make sure that you are up for it.The commission may take about 2 weeks to complete (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) depending on the complexity. I will let you know if I'll be needing some more time, so please be patient.I will send you three (3) progress reports so that you will know that I am actively working on your commission. 1. Sketching 2. Inking 3. Coloring (base).You can message me via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Discord anytime if you want to ask something regarding your order.Only 3 revisions are allowed for the sketch and flat colors; be specific with your description, any information not provided will be taken as artistic freedom.You are not allowed to change/add something that wasn't stated in your order description just because you 'changed your mind' once I've started the sketching process. Any major changes/additions will require a payment of 5USD or above depending on the complexity of the request.More than 3 revisions will be an additional 10USD - comes with another 3 revisions.You are not allowed to request for any major changes once I have finished the lineart, so please review the final sketch carefully.If you want to change something after I finish the lineart, you will have to pay 3USD - 10USD depending on the type of change.If changes are to be requested due to my fault (e.g. features drawn in the sketch, but not included in the lineart), there will be no extra fees.USAGEEditing is not allowed unless I give you my permission.You can only use the commissioned art for personal purposes unless you purchase commercial rights to the artwork.NOTEPlease note that as the artist, I am allowed to refuse to work with you without providing further information.Please make sure that you've read and understood everything. Feel free to message me in case you want to clarify something.Note that the process and usage only apply to regular commissions.
